​Hi! My name is Darby Savasta. I am a family celebration specialist and the owner of Darby’s Destinations.

Ever since I was a child I always loved to travel. Where was our next vacation going to be? Whether it was going to New Hampshire to ski or camp, going to Cape Cod to play on the beach or taking a plane to visit my grandparents, I could not wait to go and always wanted to stay longer. I loved being with my family and seeing other family members we could only see once a year.
Now that I have children of my own we love to see new places and it is even more fun when we can be with all of our family. When I started my travel agency I always knew my focus would be Family Vacations. Of course my girls can’t wait to go on the next plane trip. They always say when they get some extra money, “I am going to save this for Turks and Caicos”.
Family vacations are wonderful for all family sizes. Whether you are a family of two or four or all of the grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins want to come along, there are so many fabulous family vacations to explore. The family vacation is a time to reconnect with family that you only get to see once in a while, all the while exploring a new destination. There are many great destinations to see in the United States and the world, so get out there and explore with your family.
I am a Certified Travel Counselor, having earned my designation from The Travel Institute, the oldest and most respected non-profit certification organization in the travel industry. These credentials require that I have at least five years of travel industry work experience, completed rigorous two-level certification and testing, and continue to fulfill stringent education requirements each year. Much like an accountant or doctor with their respective credentials, my CTC designation means that I am committed to upholding the highest standards of my profession while providing expert advice to my clients.  As a travel counselor I am constantly educating myself on destinations and resort information throughout my industry.  Here are some of the my current certifications:
